Refund policy

All Gelfully sales are final. Due to the nature of the products and safety concerns, we DO NOT accept any orders for returns, refunds, or exchanges. All Gelfully items are thoroughly checked before shipping, however in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact Gelfully as soon as possible so we can help you resolve the matter. We respond to each return request on a case by case basis. Please be advised that not all requests will be granted.

Defective Item(s)

If you believe you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise, you must notify us within 24 hours of your shipment arrival date and provide a photo of the defective item with the packing slip.

All return requests will be reviewed depending on the circumstance. Approved returns will be inspected and if items are determined to be used, damaged or tampered with, will be non-refundable. In such case, refunds will be issued as store credit in the form of a Gelfully e-gift card.

*Please Note: We do not provide return labels. Customers will be responsible for shipping cost on approved returns. Any original shipping fees or return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was made on our part. In the rare event that you do receive an imperfect item, please contact us at your earliest convenience. In this situation, we prefer to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis in order to provide the best customer service and overall satisfaction.

Please be advised, we reserve the right to effectively define and limit, restrict, and or deny customer returns at any time for the following reasons:

- A history of returns that is irregular or excessive and suggests "wardrobing;"

- A pattern of unusual or excessive returns involving products that have been used, tampered, damaged, missing items; or

- Possibility of fraud or illegal behavior.

For the same reasons as stated above, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity.
