Current processing time: 3-5 business days
Most orders typically ship out of our warehouse within 1-3 business days. However, during sales, product launches, or holidays please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders received on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) will be processed the following Monday and shipped out by the following Wednesday. We don't process orders during federal holidays, therefore orders placed during those times will begin processing the following business day.
Orders placed before 1PM PST during Monday-Friday will be shipped out the same business day.
Shipping rates vary based on weight and distance; estimated cost will be calculated at checkout.
Incomplete Address / Wrong Address
Please verify your shipping address and be sure to include unit number, apartment number if any to avoid your order being marked as undeliverable and returned back to our warehouse. Gelfully is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete address during the time of checkout. *We will not be responsible if the address you provided is undeliverable and return back to us. If the package is returned back to us due to "undeliverable address", we can re-ship your order at your expense.
Missing Package
Gelfully is not liable for any lost or stolen packages under any circumstances. If your item has been lost in transit, please contact your mail carrier service, which will have more information regarding the transit of your package(s).
Once a shipment is turned over to the shipping company, we are no longer responsible for its whereabouts. If you have any questions regarding your packages transit please contact your mail carrier for more information.
Marked Delivered But Not Received
We suggest to contact your mail carrier to check and get help with locating your package. If the package cannot be located or has been lost in transit, please file a claim with the mail carrier. Gelfully is not responsible for any missing packages that have been marked as delivered. If you suspect that your package has been stolen, you may also file a police report.
Tracking Confirmation
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information. If you haven’t received an email, please be sure to check your junk/spam folder as sometimes it an automatically get filtered to those folders. Remember to double check your email address to be sure you used the same email when placing your order.
International Shipping:
We are currently shipping to the United States and Canada. We want to spread the joy of Gelfully throughout the world and are actively working on expanding our shipment to other countries. Import Tax & Customs Duty:
Duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees may apply upon delivery. Some shipping carriers charge additional fees for collecting duties upon delivery if the duties haven't been paid in advance. Please check with your local post for more information.
Gelfully is not responsible for any delays caused by Customs. The process of a package processing through Customs can take anywhere from a few business days to a few weeks.
