What Is a Rubber Base Coat? Think of Rubber Base Coat as the next-level version of builder gel in a bottle. It delivers the same strength and structure, but with superior flexibility and adhesion to help prevent lifting, cracking, and breakage.

Perfect for thin, brittle, or damaged nails, the thick self-leveling formula creates flawless gel overlays on natural nails while reinforcing and protecting them. It creates a smooth apex, leaves a glossy finish, and can also be worn over gel extensions or acrylics like a gel polish. Its natural finish makes it the perfect base for French manicures and structured sets.

Application Tips:

Apply Rubber Base Coat just like you would a structured gel or builder in a bottle. You can apply a thin slip layer first, then float a bead of product over the nail using a gentle left-to-right swiping motion to build structure and create an apex. For quicker self-leveling, flip the nail upside down for a few seconds before curing.

Prefer a simpler application? It can also be applied in thin coats like a regular gel polish for lightweight strength and protection.

• Cure Time: 48W or above (UV) 120s / (LED) 60-120s
• Soak off with 100% pure acetone to remove
• Keep away from direct sunlight

What is 10-Free? This means that we avoid using the ten chemical components that are the most harmful and are commonly found in other gel polish ingredients.

Our Premium Gel Polish are formulated without:

• Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP) – Commonly used plasticizer and has been linked to cancer.

• Toluene – Toluene might irritate your skin if it comes into contact with your skin or if you breathe it in. Unfortunately, it has been reported that breathing in large amounts of toluene is bad for your nervous system and can make you nauseated and dizzy.

• Hema – This chemical is responsible for a lot of allergic reactions in the beauty industry. It may cause a allergic reaction if this chemical is absorbed by the skin.

• Formaldehyde – Is a commonly used chemical for embalming and preserving corpses of both humans and animals. In addition to being unpleasant, its fumes can cause asthma. Another substance that has been linked directly to human cancer development is formaldehyde.

• Camphor – This substance serves as a covering for your nails, robbing them of nutrition and resulting in yellow coloring.

• Formaldehyde Resin – A derivative of Formaldehyde, mainly used in the production of coatings and adhesives.  It is not as toxic as Formaldehyde but can be an allergen.

• Xylene – Irritating to the skin, eyes, and respiratory tract. It can cause systemic toxicity by ingestion or inhalation.

• Ethyl Tosylamide – Plasticizer that helps transform polish from drippy to dry in minutes.  This ingredient has already been barred from personal care products in Europe due to its antibiotic properties and concern over antibiotic resistance.

• Parabens – Preservatives that have gotten a bad rep for their estrogen-mimicking effects, which past research has suggested may trigger major health concerns like hormonal problems.

• Fragrance-free and no animal derived ingredients – Product that does not contain any animal products or animal-derived ingredients and no chemicals have been added with the specific purpose of giving a product an aroma.
